Purpose

EcoElara is committed to operating responsibly and building a business that reflects strong environmental, social, and governance principles.  This ESG Policy sets out how we aim to manage our impact, make decisions, and improve over time.

Scope

This policy applies to EcoElara's:

  • sourcing and supplier relationships
  • products and packaging
  • daily operations
  • customer communications
  • business ethics and decision-making

Our ESG commitments

Environmental

EcoElara aims to reduce the environmental impact of its activities and products wherever practical.

We will:

  • prioritise lower-impact, reusable, recyclable, or responsibly sourced materials
  • reduce unnecessary packaging and aim to avoid virgin plastic where possible
  • review suppliers for sustainability practices
  • minimise waste in operations, fulfilment, and returns
  • make environmental claims carefully and honestly

Social

EcoElara aims to operate in a fair, respectful, and responsible way for customers, suppliers, and anyone supporting the business.

  • monitoring supplier and product decisions
  • ensuring this policy remains relevant to the business

Review

This policy will be reviewed at least annually, or sooner if there are significant changes to the business, product range, suppliers, or legal requirements.
