SEEP Copper Scourers are designed for scrubbing stubborn food residue from pots, pans, and other suitable kitchen surfaces.  The copper mesh provides a firm abrasive surface without using a conventional synthetic plastic scourer, and the scourers can be rinsed, dried, and reused.

Why we stock this

We wanted a tougher cleaning option that does not rely on synthetic plastic fibres.  These scourers use copper mesh instead, giving the customer a durable scrubbing tool for cookware and stubborn residue.

We also like that the material is easy to identify and explain.  There is no foam core or hidden plastic layer - just a simple metal scourer designed for repeated use.

How to use & care

• Wet before use.
• Use with your usual washing-up liquid or dishwashing bar.
• Scrub gently at first and increase pressure only where needed.
• Rinse thoroughly after use.
• Allow to dry fully between uses.
• Replace once the mesh becomes damaged or loses its shape.

Good to know

Copper scourers are not suitable for every surface.  Avoid non-stick coating, delicate finishes, enamel, glass, or other easily scratched materials unless the manufacturer specifically says they are suitable.

End of life

Metal scourers may be recyclable depending on the exact material and local recycling facilities.  Check SEEP's disposal guidance and your local metal-recycling rules.
