Good to know

Reusable pads still need regular washing, and heavily pigmented make-up may stain them over time.  Staining does not necessarily mean the pad is no longer usable.

For waterproof or heavy make-up, you may need to use an oil-based cleanser or repeat gently. Do not rub harshly around the eye area.
