Why we stock this

We checked both the wash pad material and the soap formulation.  The pad uses natural jute rather than synthetic mesh, while the soap includes coconut and palm-derived soap ingredients, glycerin, and charcoal powder.

We also liked that the product carries a Fair Trade mark and is handmade in Thailand, with the packaging printed using soy ink.

How to use

Good to know

The soap contains palm-derived ingredients as well as coconut-derived soap.  We make that clear rather than presenting the product simply as "natural".

Use gentle pressure, especially on sensitive skin.  For external use only.  Do not use on broken or irritated skin.

Care instructions

Allow the wash pad to dry fully between uses.  Store in a dry, well-ventilated area and avoid leaving it sitting in water.
