Jungle Culture's Bamboo Safety Razor combines a long bamboo handle with a weighted metal head for a traditional double-edge shave. It takes standard double-edge blades, so only the blade needs replacing, not the whole razor. Blades are sold separately.

How to use

  1. Unscrew the razor head.
  2. Place a double-edge blade between the two head sections.
  3. Reassemble securely.
  4. Apply shaving soap or cream.
  5. Hold the razor at around 45 degrees.
  6. Use slow, straight strokes, not sideways movements.
  7. Rinse the head as you shave.
  8. Dry the razor thoroughly after use.

Care

Rinse and dry the handle and head after use. Leaving the razor wet can shorten the life of both the bamboo and the blade.

Blade disposal

Store used blades in a blade disposal tin and follow your local authority's guidance. Never put loose blades in household recycling.
