Why we stock this
We looked at both the concentrated format and the disposal route. One small pod makes up to 5 litres of floor cleaner, so there is no need to transport or repeatedly buy large bottles of ready-diluted floor cleaner.
We also checked the packaging. Ekologik uses compostable cardboard packaging for its pods and gives customers specific disposal instructions rather than simply describing it as "green packaging". The formulation is made in the UK and is descrbed by Ekologik as biodegradable, vegan, palm-oil free and cruelty-free.

Add one pod to up to 5 litres of warm water
Allow the pod to dissolve
Agitate/mix the solution
Use with a mop, bucket or compatible domestic floor cleaner
Clean the floor as normal
Packaging
Small cardboard packaging containing the pods is compostable. Ekologik recommends removing any stickers and tearing the cardboard into smaller pieces before adding it to food waste/composting disposal, as this helps it break down more quickly.
